These terms and conditions govern your use of Greysell's services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Greysell agrees to provide services as outlined in the mutually agreed-upon service agreements or contracts. Specific deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities will be detailed in these documents.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, necessary access, and resources required for Greysell to perform its services effectively. Delays caused by lack of client cooperation may impact project timelines.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed software or unique solutions created by Greysell for a client will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Greysell retains rights to its proprietary tools and methodologies.
Payment terms, including pricing, invoicing schedules, and acceptable payment methods, will be clearly defined in your service agreement. All payments are expected by the due dates specified.
Greysell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
